FRT Membership
The Furness Railway Trust is only successful because of its membership – without people the organisation would cease to function.
We are a Registered Charity, located in North West England. Originally based at the Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway in Westmorland and Furness, we are now based in Preston, Lancashire.
Becoming a member of the Trust brings a variety of benefits and opportunities. You could soon be playing a real role in the Trust, which has become a leading hirer of locomotives and rolling stock to heritage railways and museums across the UK.!
If you would like to support us, membership starts from £12 (senior) and £15 (adult) a year. You can find further details on the membership application form which you can download the form here; 2025 Membership Application Form
If you would like to renew your membership of the Trust, please download and complete the current renewal form which can be downloaded here; 2025 Membership Renewal Form
Your completed form can then be scanned or photographed and emailed to the Membership Secretary at;
membership@furnessrailwaytrust.org.uk
or returned by post to the Secretary’s address shown on the application form. Please include an SAE if possible to help us control our postage costs.
